Hey Guys, Happy New Year!! In honor of the new year and new decade, I’m going to be talking about my new years’ resolutions or what I plan on doing to make 2020 my year. When I think of a new year I think of a fresh start, a new page. It’s a great opportunity to put everything behind us and create a new mindset for ourselves. There are many things that I would like to work on not only this year but for the rest of the decade. One of them being quitting bad habits such as; procrastination, swearing, eating unhealthy, having a bad sleep schedule, the list could go on. We acquire all these bad habits with the repetition of behavior. When a person keeps doing something over and over certain neural pathways are activated in our brains and it becomes much easier for the brain to do the same thing again. To try to break these bad habits just try not doing them anymore. I know sounds simple, but when you really have to commit it becomes pretty tricky. But what I’m trying to say is try going ...
